What can I do to this trim?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Lightly sand with sandpaper, wipe to remove dust, let dry, mask the glass and paint with your choice of paint color without getting paint or overspray in the tank.

I used black matte latex wall paint and it looked great. I used a brush and multiple coats of paint. Do not paint the lip the glass lids set on as moisture accumulation tends to loosen the paint.

So I thought this trim was not real wood trim since it's on a plastic piece?

Could be a veener strip cover, but easiest bet would be the probably paint it??

You just want it to make a place for paint to hold...
