So, I'm setting up a 120g tank and it turns out I bought an extra rubbermaid tub to use as a sump. It is around 25g, supposedly. TRhe dimensions are listed as 28.8" x 19.7" x 16.5". Well, I figured I might as well make use of it. I could use it as a feeder tank, but I kind of wanted something new.
So, my first question is, is it possible to put herps or amphibians in there?
I don't know much about them, but here are a few I found interesting. If anyone could say which is the best for the tank, any tips on caring for all of them, and which of them are available/how expensive they are, I'd appreciate it.

1. Amphiuma pholeter, One-Toed Amphiuma
2. Necturus punctatus, Dwarf Waterdog
3. Pseudobranchus sp.
4. Sternotherus carinatus, Razorback Musk Turtle
5. Cordylus tropidosternum'
6. Cordylus mossambicus
7. Tribolonotus gracilis

Any other suggestions are also open, I'm looking mainly for some sort of lizard or newt/salamander.

It came with a lid, I was planning on altering the lid slightly and putting some mesh in the middle to allow ventilation.
Any suggestions?

Can't comment on pricing/availability as it's very different in Canada. You'd be fine keeping any of those animals in there though. The big sallies and turtle need a good filter, you'll have to cut holes in the lid to make sure there's no room to wiggle out. Turtle or lizards need holes in the lid for heat/UV bulbs. Croc skink should have a heat pad instead of a lamp.

All right, that's all I needed to know. I might go a different direction, but thanks!
