right now i have four 2inch redhead tapajos in my 60 gallon tank. what other amazonian fish can i keep with them? I was going to get 2 angelfish and some roseline sharks or cardinal tetras. are these okay to keep with them?

Well, roseline sharks (Puntius denisoni) are from India, not the Amazon, so if you want to stick with SA species, those are out. I'd probably go with a larger SA tetra.

larger tetras, corydoras, smaller plecs, angels, hachets, anostomus, other smaller cichlids, almost infinite possibilities really.

haha i actually have 6 discus in there with them right now. im plannng to sell them... to many waterchanges per week.
this is what i'm planning to have in my tank. 4 redhead tapajos, 3 angelfish, 2 blue rams, 8-10 cardinal or rummy nose tetras.
would this be over stocking?
i would be doing 1 to 2, 25% water changes per week

G'day,

I keep Satonoperca Leucosticta with redheads, they seem to get on well and compliment each other nicely. Not sure if they fit your plans/tank stock now, but they are working really well for me, with both groups breeding.
I think your plan sounds great.
all the best with it.

cheers

I would add some plecos.
