on the bottom of my 125? I notice when my fish swim through certain areas of the tank they kick up alot of debris that abviously needs to make it to the filter. Any suggestions?

a power head, or a spray bar. What kind of filter/filters do you have?

You could try a reverse under gravel filter...
I like that idea.

But yeah, a power head would work.

What about something like this? Or using 2 in an angled downward angle causing a spriraling motion/current throughout the tank?

Which 1 do you have and would 2 be better than 1. I dont know if I want 2 800 or 1200gph powerheads.

I have 4 AWESOME yellow labs, 4 synodontis cats (dunno if im gonna keep them) I have 5 Botia angelicus loaches 4 albino BN cats and 1 rainbow shark. I have 20 juvenile OB peacocks coming on thursday.

i got 1x 1200gph power head. But since your tank has africans, i would go with 2x800gph. one on ether side of the tank.

I was considering the 2 1200 because they are only $5 each more if you buy the 2 for the same shipping as the 2 800's
