what can live in a 210?

i am planning on buying 2-3 dats

either 2 silvers and a wide bar
or 1 silver 1 widebar and 1 thin bar


and my question is can they live together in a 210 [7x2x2] for life?

with two gars, two oscars, and a jaguar cichlid?

all starting off at about 2-4 inches not including the gars?

i think silvers have to be in brakish waters when they get to adult sizes, other than that, i dont see why not??
