What can you tell me about this light

Is it Fluorescent?
So it says its 100% better than standard t8, what does that mean?
Will that light be sufficient for plants in a korall 60 with perhaps 40-50cm water depth?
Really need to know if this light is adequate or if i should get another one.

what are the full dimensions of your tank?
jewel lights are overpriced and non standard, you would be better off buying a standard t5ho unit offers far better value for money and the bulbs are cheap to replace.

That is a compact flourescent bulb. I've used them on small nano tanks cause of its compact size

Also depends on the type of plants you want to grow...

But to answer your question, since T8's are kinda old tech now, even a standard T5 bulb will be brighter than a T8, then you have lights such as the T5-HO, which would be even brighter than a regular T5...

So i would say, if you have plants that require high light, and a very tall tank, then that may or may not be good enough for your needs, just really depends on tank size, and what you plan on growing...
