What color temperature is this bulb

I dunno if my question is correct but I would like to know if what color temperature is this bulb. It's been getting my blood parrot more pink and I would like to know what temp it is for future purposes. i'm thinking about it in about 3000K - 4000K range, am I right?

I see. It's a shame all aquarium equipments here in our city is pretty overpriced
