what could i put

ok well a guy came into my shop and asked me what he could put into his pond that would last the winter (im in ma.) besides koi his pond is a 16,000gal
its over 6 feet deep does anyone have any suggestions ??

Natives that's about it (go light on stocking). And make sure he aerates it, not just a deicer (at 6' the water will stratify severely without it).

big cats would be pretty cool. could do channels. should be native to the area and get big.

Goldfish are hardy, I'm in Connecticut and I have Comets and Sarasas goldfish in mine. Shubunkins would work as well.
