So, we go through dehumidifiers like hotcakes. I don't think we're doing anything crazy to them, but they keep breaking.
The first one we bought was this one:

And the bucket broke after two months.
We returned it and bought this one:

It doesn't have a bucket, so we figured we'd get rid of the problem all together. It broke after a month and a half. It started being really loud and not removing moisture from the air.
So, we returned it and decided to stop shopping at Sears. We bought this one:

It was broken during shipping. We now have to return it to the store and wait another week for one to be sent.
Before we wait for an item that might be crap, does anyone want to share what dehumidifier they're using and how long it's lasted? We use it in the room with the pond, and they run 24/7, but that really shouldn't cause the thing to break. Thanks for your input!
