what did you get on opening day?

So what did every get on opening day?

I got a 8 point wich is my first buck ever. My bro also got a 8 point that scored 3 points higher then mine in the local buck pole. but oh well my first buck was still bigger then his first buck. My dad got a 5 point he normally woundn't shot one that small but he hadn't shot a deer in 3 years.

I went a few weeks ago with a buddy. Did not spot one living thing. Hunting in CA blows. We need to make an out-of-state trip

If I dont go fishing this weekend, I might go hunting. The deer dont go into rut until late December round here so Im not sure. Hunting in the heat sucks!

Rifle doesn't open here until after Thanksgiving. I may or may not give it another try this year. I haven't gone out for deer in almost 10 years!
