What disease is this?

So I thought my RBP had ick, had 2 small dots under his eye and I had just done a water change the day prior. But I've been using coppersafe and raised temp to 84° for a week so far. He is starting to get white nodules along his head now. Added some Melafix today. Can anyone confirm what these nodules are? He shows nothing on flanks or fins.

Possibly hex. Does it eat pellets?

It might, I have the tank divided and sometimes some flakes slip thru and he eats them.

Also, he isn't scratching like he has ick.

You can try NLS hex shield if it eats pellets or soak some food in one in tank dose of metro or API general cure. Keep the water very clean.
