What disease on my datnoids ?

Hello guys, need help..my datnoid get disease and i dont know how to treat them...
First they got pimples like this

Then after 2weeks quarantine with heater,salt , acriflavine become like this
They still active, eats a lot..

Datnoid disease is kind of similar. Treated by other members with salt, pimafix, melafix and lots of water changes. There’s no official cause that’s been found but suggested bacterial, protozoan and viral. I’d switch the acriflavine to triple sulfa and paragaurd. But that’s just me. Cont feeding if hungry. Wait it out and should recover.
