What disinfects nets?

You could prepare a solution of water and methilene blue.
If you feel like you want to cover more ground (killing more pathogens) then I would use a 1:19 chlorine solution (use unscented Clorox or Ajax or alike and tap water) right after using it, as well as rest the net in a container with Methylene Blue solution when not using it.

if you are constantly using nets, then yes, water and methyl blue as a net dip is great.
otherwise, just let them dry in between uses.
none of the bacteria that cause issues with aquarium fish are spore forming so any bacteria that are on the nets will be killed from being dried out.
