Im planning on buliding an indoor pond for monster fish. The problem is,say I go on vacation what am i to do about food?:nilly:

Get some friends:D

Ive seen people breed feeders and put them in the pond and let them breed. Is that another way too?

Rally you know it's not healthy to feed your friends to your monsterfish.

Depending on the fish you are going keep and the length of your vaca, but some fish can go awhile without food.

Still need an automatic feeder, as the feeder fish will need to eat. I want to try and have a bit of a monster tank separated from the rest with netting and have tilapia or guppies breeding behind it (depending on what you want to feed). Is definatley possible as I was talking to a guy in glasgow, whos quite big in UK fish circles I'm told, who goes to southamerica for 3/4months at a time. He has a an angelfish breeding setup that autofeeds and waterchanges... I assume he has a drip feed water changer like some of the lads here, but I havent managed to figure out how he feeds them... Hes a difficult guy to bump into but I'm dying to know. Not much help sorry, but there IS a way!
