I just bought two today, I would like to know what types of foods they can eat that everyone has been using. It will be very helpful

My little babies eat HBH soft sinking krill, frozen blood worms, frozen mysis shrimp and live black worms every once in a while. My guys are 2.5 inches at the biggest though. Someone correct me if I am doing something wrong.

What size is the tank? Clowns are best kept in a group at a minimum number of 5 as these are schoolers. They will eat anything and prefer meaty foods such as bloodworms, beefheart, earthworms and tubifex worms. Keep levamisole hydrochloride in store in case skinny disease happens. Many loaches are quite prone to it especially wild-caught ones.

No tubifex! It carries too many pathogens!

they are quite easy to feed on all the above when young but keep an eye on them when they get older as my lot became really picky and would only take my cryfishes sinking pellet and frozen bloodworm (thawed ofcourse they wouldnt even sniff at the freeze dried)
hope this helps a little !

I posted all my favorite foods on my blog.

Wurms blog sums it all up.

Botias are snail eaters in nature, I suggest you feed them a ton of snails as well as the other things being mentioned in the thread.
