What Do I Need?

Ok, I am setting up a 29 gallon (30x12x18) acrylic tank with bio-balls, I need advice on what kind of protein skimmer to get, What kind of heater to get. What do you recommend and Why do you recommend it? Happy Holidays and Thank you.

I use a coralife super skimmer on my 76 gallon and it works very well. I would get one of those or a reef octopus skimmer. For a heater I would get an Aquenon pro heater or a Jäger thermostat heater. (Both use a built in thermostat)
