i have a 29 gallon tank with the following 3 1 in convicts 2 black 1 pink, 1 2 in red tiger oscar, 1 two in mid grade flowerhorn, 1 3 in red tailed shark, 2 2 in giant danios, and 1 4 in common pleco, i know i need a bigger tank but what is the bare minnimum size tank for these guys two be happy.

probably a 250 with that many fish. Maybe larger. I am not familiar with how big that shark gets.

my thought for minimum would be 110. my 2nd thought is that the fh may just make you a 1 fish owner in time depending on his/her attittude. one thing on your side is that they are al small and will grow togather.

thanx, ya the fh is very docile for now the red tailed shark is by far the aggresser of the tank there is a 125 gallon for sale where i live for 150.00 with every thing but the stand if i get that tank what typ of catfish would you guys recomend.

i was just thinking that misplacedsooner said 110 for minnium so i thought extra 15 gallons was enough for say a rahpael cat or sumthin similiar

get rid of one or both flowehorns and 125 is ok

I agree. If fh is gone, yes you can get a ralph, but they hide a lot.

i like the fh hes one of my favorites what about getting rid of the cons instead
