I wouldn't use a bomb either, gets stuff a lot of places it doesn't need to be. powder and sprays work great, and even then I sealed up my tanks, flea killers work just as well on fish.
removed the lights, unplugged air pumps and taped a garbage bag/s over the top while I pulled air through with a fan in the window.
after the sprays dried and I vacuumed, I let the air pull the residues out.
I have my air pump on top of the tank so I wasn't worried about what was still in the carpet.
haha the good ol flea bomb...my cat brought in a ton of fleas a few years ago, totally sucked. I bombed my entire apartment. All I did was unplug everything and I plastic wrapped the top of my tanks (saran wrap). All my fish survived the ordeal. good luck.
Im thinking im gonna have to get a 15 or 16 foot tarp to cover my habitat. I never saw a trash bag 6 and a half foot long lol 2 foot wide and 7 foot tall . my yard is like 200x200 i got a hill in it my dam dog keeps laying at the top rolls on her back and wiggles down it like a snake. gets up runs to the top does it again. So im figureing she brought them in grrrr heres the little 4 year old monster
I dunno if you want to try it but I have heard of this stuff called cedarcide that is supposed to be an organic insecticide made of cedar oil.. You can google their website. I have not used it so I don't know how well it works but just throwing it out there for you. Good luck.
Personally, I wouldnt use a flea bomb. Just treat the dog with a spot on treatment, like Advantage, Frontline, or Revolution, and give him a Capstar tablet. Keep up with the monthly treatments and the fleas will be gone in no time.
