What do you feed your cichla?

I am currently feeding my cichla a mixture of bio gold/massivore. Looking for more ideas on food selection. Just interested to know what you guys currently feed your cichla or things you have used in the past. Thx in advance.

Massivores are the best, but i switched to Cichlid Bio-Gold +, do to the Massivores make the water smell to much.

A good frozen food is tilapia fillet chopped in bite size pieces still firm from being frozen but not quite still frozen mine love it.....

Tilapia fillet, Salmon Fillet, market shrimp, frozen krill, Massivore, frozen various wild caught bait fish, Silversides and catfish nuggets. The catfish nuggets and Salmon tend to be kind of messy so they dont get those very often.
