What do you feed your FRT?

Hi,

I know what they eat in their natural habitat but wondered what people actually fed them. Mine shows no interest in leaves or banana (which my friends FRTs wolf down). She seems to get a bit constipated so needs more roughage. Any suggestion? What do yours eat?

my friend fed his, kiwi,banana,tomato, apple slices, feeders, turtle pellots, shrimp, sinking pellots, and some other stuff i cant remember.

Thanks, I've recently tried, plum, lettuce and cabbage - no luck. Put a slice of apple in and have seen her sniffing around, see later on if she has eaten any of it! I weighed it down. Do people used weights or just let stuff float - she usually has floating turtle sticks, prawns etc. Its the fruit and veg I'm trying to get her to eat (so no sticks till I find something she likes!)

Thanks, I've tried wafers before and I think she liked them. I'll have another go. She seems to quite like weighed down pear. Trying to get more natural food into her as well as the turtle sticks.

yeah, that's a good idea.
Just noticed you're from UK... just wondering how much you pick her up for. Don't worry if you don't want to discuss prices though, that's your business, or pm me. Only see them advertised every once in a while.
