What do you feed your midas???

I want to make him healthy, yet very showful. The midas is very entertaining to watch. The Question is.., what do you feed yours?

I have about 120 Midas Fry and I am grinding up Grand Sumo and Kens Fish Growth formula.

They are on their second day of the diet. Lets see if that Grand Sumo is all its cracked up to be. It "claims" to be hormone free so I figured I would give it a shot.

Mine eats Omega One large cichlid pellets, Super Kelp pellets, and Hikari bio-gold

NLS, Hikkari Bio-gold, Omega one and some freeze dried Krill would probably be pretty good too. The Krill *REALLY* colored up my FH when I had him.
