What do you feed your oscars?

Hello. I think it's time I upgrade my
Oscars' food now. They are roughly 4 and a half inches now and I would like to get them some bigger food such as bigger pellets. Right now im feeding them Omega One super color cichlid pellets. Any suggestions? Thanks

my oscar eats hikari, mealworms, special occasion rosey reds and his favorite is this very popular shrimp i get from my lfs called aquatraders. it just says shrimp in it. heres a pic....

as you can see i stock up on them alot and they last very long. and dont mind the collage aha

Well os eat anything but look at the ingredients they speak for them selfs. Omega one is a far better brand then hakri. So I'd stay with omega one or get frozen foods bloodworms, krill, brine shrimp, etc. also try meal worms crickts smaller bugs bc there alll always more nutritious and grain free unlike most pellets especially hakri! Aslong as u give alot of verity of frozen and bugs ull be far better off. But personally I feed my Oscar small dogs and puppies
