On arm days i like Rick Ross, meek mill, big Sean, or whatever else comes on my Pandora for them. And leg days i like coheed and cambria, two door cinema club, the Xx, etc..

Workng out and playing sports are both awesome.

Playing sports doesn't make you much stronger, nor does it imrpove your physique the way the iron does - They both have their place. Actually, it's the weight room that improves your sporting performance. Weitghs, cardio and Plyometrics = Well Oiled Machine. See the NFL workouts. Insanity.

My fav is SKRILLEX. Pumps me up!

In my experience practice makes your sporting performance improve, not lifting weights. Getting stronger doesn't make you more athletic.

There's no sports to play around here for me. And yeah it's boring, that's why you listen to music. I like skrillex too. Guilty pleasure.

When I run marathons I listen to Iron Maiden and Slayer. I train on trails and in the hills so I don't listen to music while training. I like the sound of nature.

I listen to disturbed, slipknot, systems of the down, Metallica when I'm sparring and boxing training. When lifting or cardio I tend to listen to the old CDs my dads made when I was a kid.
