what do you run in your Fluval 406?

Just curious what everyone fills their fluval 406 with. I removed the carbon because I don't run carbon unless im removing meds. should i add more biomax or just stuff some floss in the baskets?

I have BioMax in the top basket. The middle had carbon. I just replaced it with Purigen. I'm going to throw more BioMax in it next time I change it.

While I don't run Fluvals, I would agree with the Matrix or Biomax.
