Ok in any given month I have spent:

$49 for a 2.2 lb bag of massivore
$8 for 2 bags of large smelts
$15 for large bag of frozen shrimp
$15 of Bag of Bio gold
$35 on a lb of FD Krill
$14 on 2 bags of Individually wrapped tilapia
$25 on blood worms to wean my Kelbs to pellet (and it worked)
$36 on nightcrawlers
$20 on frozen krill and Silversides

$217 What!!!!

This feeds 4 rays, 20 Pbass, an aimara and a curupira.

So what do you folks feed and spend?

:ROFL:LOL!!!!! ya came up with $220 Approxamatly for all my fish......Nobody wants to see that :eek::eek::eek::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL: Shhhhhh.....

~ WOW that's a s**t ton. I cant spend that on fuel every month. I spend $5 a week on tilapia and one time a month $13 for a tub of freeze dried shrimp.

I came up with about $100 per month, but that is for 6 juvi cichla's.. oh and I spend about $780/mo on gas :(

10 bucks a aweek but there still small. And just to fill my truck its a $130.00+

Every 3 months I buy (2) 2.2# bags of massivore. I used to buy a 2lb bag of shrimp every 10 days or so but now i keep a few trout a week for fish filets.

SO Id say about $40 a month to feed 5 cichla, tig, raphael cat and 17 bichirs

i live in jersey as well, where are u located. all that i can see actually buying from your list is pellets and frozen shrimp. everything else can be caught, farmed, or substituted for free, its all right here in nj man!!! talapia can be substituted with any white flesh fish from our coast such as fluke, flounder, tautog, striped bass, even sea robin are good eating white meat fish that can be caught in plenty right on our beachs and in our bays and rivers. smelt, silversides(spearing), killies, tinker mackerel... can all be caught in our bays and rivers, and even better they can all be caught using the same trap. just throwing it out there

you guys ever think of catching your own food?I spent a bunch of time last year collecting silver sides and grass shrimp along with some chubs,all salt water.I started late in the season and only filled half a freezer for the winter.This year i will load up and spend 0 $ a week:}
