My Orino got stabbed in the left eye from the Armatus and I had no where to put him.... I found a 10gl and tryed to make the best of it...
I got a powerhead from my growout tank and added ceramic rings from my 300 to the sponges... then I had to devide the flow cause it was way to strong. In doing so I thought "Man, my params are going to go threw the roof". So I tried to make a "BootLeg" Sump out of a aquafina bottle.
Half of the bottel is out of water...
I stuffed it with cycled bioballs and the top portion has a sponge.
I am doing daily H2O changes of 20% (40% every other day to keep the Params in check)

I guess my main Q is "Was all of this pointless???"
The first pic is 1 day after he was stabbed in the eye...
2nd pic is the 2nd day after being in the Hospital tank (you cant tell but it is getting better)
I just hope his eye will clear up (It dont look like he will be a cyclops)
