What do you think of these Ebay T5 HO lights?

I want to buy a new light fixture and I saw these T5 HO lights on Ebay.

What do you think?

It's a 36" dual bulb fixture for $55. I was thinking about buying 2 for my 8 foot long tank.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that it comes with a 12K fluorescent and a 12K actinic bulb.

Are 12K bulbs going to be too bright? I just used regular fluorescent bulbs before with no actinic.

For the price its worth a try. The 12k should be fine. Actinic bulbs give off a purple/pink light, which look good and is benificial for coral but on freshwater it doesnt look too good imo. I had a t5 setup on one of my freshwater tanks I removed the actinic and had two 10k bulbs in it.
