thiskid i know has a 55 gallon with a 7-8 inch Jack dempsey and about 3-4 inch female JD and a 2 inch ELJD with a AquaClear 20 on it i think this is bad

Honestly, I think it's absolutely rediculous that you even posted a thread on this. Are you 7 yr old kid and monsterfishkeepers.com is Mommy and Daddy. You obviously think it's bad or you wouldn't have posted anything. Who cares what he does. You nor mfk are the fish police and chances are if you told him he needed a bigger filter he wouldn't do it.

Too funny!

Tell that kid to do plenty of water changes and/or add a sponge filter and things will work out just fine...

I'm sorry. I should've posted this: OMG! Like wtf? Are you for realz? Like totally tell him to get an fx5 and get rid of everything but the big jd thingy. Otherwise it's overstocked. Omg I swear some ppl don't even know anything about fish"

Man, I was just about to post that exact text, lol. But I think you guys are being a bit harsh. If you think he will listen to you tell him to at least up the filtration greatly. I know several people who keep fish in overstocked small tanks, under filtered, over treated, little to no water changes, if they are set in their ways there nothing you can do.

WOW, chill out on the kid. He just posted something he saw that was wrong and wanted to tell us about it.

Theres nothing we can do about it but tell him to upgrade tank size and filtration. I feel sorry for the fish, hopefully he does regular maintenance on the tank.
