what does everyone feed their triggers?

hey all, I'm looking to get a trigger, either a bursa or undulate, haven't decided which yet. Anyways I was wondering what everyone feeds their triggers so i can get a good idea on what to feed mine. Ive read alot on the internet but there seems to be so many things people feed them, so I just wanted to here some of your opinions

varied diet. Shrimp, squid, clams, muscles, mysis, smelt, silvers, everything.

Easiest fish you'll ever feed! As stated above: fish chunks, shrimp, clams, earthworms, crickets, that uncle you can't stand.

I have a blue-jaw and he will eat my finger If I let him..
They will ANYTHING you put in the tank
they are a virtual garbage disposal..
