what does it cost to build a 150?

Anyone who has done it, what's it cost? I have the tools and the skills. I think it would be a fun build. What are the costs involved for a plywood tank vs a glass tank?

You're cheaper off buying a used tank at that size than building imo.

i just built one 5x2x2 out of 1/2 glass for 160 bucks. i found a place that has the glass and cuts it for me for $3.80sf. ive heard pf ppl finding free glass on craigslist. that would drop the cost next to nothing.

I know. I think it would be a fun build though. It just deppends on how much more it costs.

Thanks Austin. I just read something about buying or scavanging glass table tops or shower doors for glass. Interesting, seems like a good idea to me.
