These feeder guppies I have about 6 of them out of 50 ish have this round ball like mass growing on them on different parts of the body, its like a custard pale yellow. (Vanilla pudding ish color) Im guessing its a fungus and i treated 4 days with Quick cure and nothing so I finally removed all I could see with any growth. Im afraid the others might have it though. Ive had them in the QT for a week now, no other fish have started a growth just the original ones from when I bought them.

Heres the best of a picture I could get....

Scrap all of them, I don't know what your feeding but is not worth it. What your describing sounds like Aeromonas which has to be treated with antibiotics.

Further researching Aeromonas, with the pictures and info I have seen it does not resemble what is on my fish. Although Terramycin a antibiotic mainly used for Aeromonas may be something I will look into for these as it also is a wide range anti. These Feeders are the only Feeders within about a hour of my that i know of, it might be even farther than that. I like the wild look of feeder guppies as a Trio of juvinile Wild guppies would run me $35+ im willing to buy a antibiotic to cure my 50+ look alikes. I plan on using these guys as food AND as a filler fish in my 75g community tank.
