Looks like a bad case of columnaris. I would lower your temperature to 73-75 degrees and add aquarium salt at a dose of 1 tablespoon per 5 gallons.

my buddy dropped the temp. to 74 added the salt and used fungus cure
his eye is fine and the thing on his nose (looks like a white bubble and is getting bigger) and is starting to come throw on his other side, the growth on his tail has also gotten bigger
