What does Rapps feed?

I didn't know what forum this falls under- since the fish in question are cichlids and plecos so, mods, do your thing if you have to.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knew what Rapps typically feeds his fish. I just got a WC GT & 2 L025 from the SoCal group buy & would like to make the food transition as stress-free as possible. (picked them up Thurs, none have eaten yet.) Not worried at all, just curious.

I spoke to Jeff about this a couple of years ago, and according to him his juvenile fish were all being raised on catfish crumble. I would suspect that the adults also get a commercial feed from one of the local feed mills.
