I always see the letters "RTG" associated with asian arowanas. Somebody school me as to what this stands for. Thanks.

Red Tail Golden

rtg in an aro forum stands for the asian red tail golden arowana
rtg in an other monsters forum stands for red tail gourami

Red Tail Guppy, lol. I Remember someone making a joke thread about that here last month.

I have two RTG and one get beat up all the times (both only 6-7 inch still juvenile). Should I add another Aro like a Jardini? I heared that odd number of Aro are better.
Thanks I'm new at the hobby.

the jar will just kill both of them.
get more asian aros.

dont add a jardini-they are too agressive. and you should not put 2 rtg together- one will likely kill the other. you should put at least 5 together for it to work.
