haha the angel is fully grown n oscars r 4 inches.
upgrading to a 100+ gal.

Even with an upgrade in May, a 23g tank is no good for two oscars, and an angel. Oscars grow big FAST. Stay clear of oscars until you actually have the 100g tank in hand. You could get 1 or 2 angels in the meantime, though.
