Super worms are suppose to be a better option than Mealworms.

Hikari Carnivore sticks stuffed inside Superworms
NightCrawlers
Tilapia chunks
MarketPrawn
Anole lizards caught outside


The only thing he readily eats though is the live or the hikari stuffed sw

Train him on pellets. Will be much easier for you in the long run and healthier for your aro. NLS recomended.

I feed mine gutloaded superworms. Like the carnivore sticks stuffed sw idea, but was wondering how exactly you put them in the sw. Which part of the sw and where exactly do you penetrate the worm?

I use a new razor blade and just slit the sw long ways, the work the whole pellet inside and let it sit while I do the others, by the time I'm done the goo molds to the pellet and it holds together really well.
