I give him feeders once a week because he would eat nothing else. Now he just started eating krill. Both are expensive i was wondering other ideas to try that would help my wallet

Mine was wild caught and never had any problems feeding him... As for what to feed it, mine eats almost everything my RTC eats mine's favourite is cooked fresh prawns from the supermarket but small defrosted fish, mussels (chopped ATM because he can't eat whole ones) worms, krill and hikari carnivore/massivore pellets, I also feed him shrimp+algae wafers but he doesn't always eat them

Ya my buddy had a rtc and it took pellets and everything. My TSN I tried getting to eat pellets, meal worms, earth worms, they just bounce off his head lol.
Try to get him on massivore pellets. I had to soak mine in the juice of my frozen food but my RTC ended up taking to it pretty easily. If not silversides are great. How big is he?
THey sell this stuff that is basically concentrated garlic oil which seems to be crack for fish. If you soak the pellets in this he will probably take to them.
Try feeding him when you turn the lights out aswell, that seems to help. Mine goes threw stages of not eating very much.
