My list

1. acaras-champion jumpers. Will hurl themselves anywhere. Across the room and into the next room. Had one leap from both hands!! Another flew straight into the garbage disposal from a tub.
2. blue gouramis-don't have the body muscle of acaras to flop but will throw themselves several feet. I found a missing one dried up between paperbacks on my bookshelf, stuck.
3. honduran red points- always seem to lose a juvie or two during tank breakdowns. They leap out and land on the floor behind tanks. Can flip backwards and sideways too. Had one adult jump into a sink from a holding tank and another jump from a tank down into a tub. Named him Lucky.
4. guppies-can and will take random flips.
5. synos- pretty rare but had one jump. Found one leaning against a tub standing on his tail. Like dried out bacon.
6. pleco - had one that took a leap and disappeared into the walls of my parents house. Never found but could smell it for 3 days. Call Alfred Hitchcock.

honorable mention
goldfish
apple snails

Non jumpers
tetras
Parrots
Oscar (if Brick ever manages to jump you'll find me on the floor with him).

My parrot had jumped during feeding once - got so excited he launched himself out.
Had a danio jump - likely being chased.
Krib - more of an accident and it jumped during transfer.
Any goby or blenny - they are famous for it (none of mine have though).
My Delhezi likes to slip in and out of the overflow, I’m sure there’s some jumping involved to easily get over.
All of these have been one offs for me though, nobody’s consistent.

Haven’t kept many species, but out of the few I have kept I’ve only seen one jump. My betta. Prior to getting it, I knew they were jump prone so I made it a point to completely cover the top of the tank. Multiple times now when doing water changes I’ve seen him jump out, trying to get snails on the glass that are outside of the water. Could easily see him jumping out of a small opening that’s not properly covered.

Arapaimas. I've had them clear entire rooms and land on the floor. Also had 1 miss mine and my brother in laws heads by inches on separate occasions, between the 4' - 5' range. They really don't like to be caught.

I’m going to second snails like you said FINWIN FINWIN back when I bred mystery snails I would constantly find them out of the tank and under the stand dried up. I would call them suicidal or not the brightest but they’re just doing what they do naturally and it’s our job as their care takers to make sure they live and as such we have to take their “explorations” into account and make sure they can’t get so far out of the water they can’t find their way back in.

When I was 10 I had a huge apple snail named Charlie. He had a nice setup with gravel, stones, plants and a filter. I even put a small log in there for him to climb on. Every morning I'd find Charlie in the exact same spot on the floor by my bed. Unfortunately Charlie did this one time too many and I found him dried up with a cracked shell.

By beloved parrot Patch did launch herself out of a bucket once and hit me in the eye when I lowered her in. She was pissed at being moved.
