What fish did I see?

I stopped by a fish wholesaler in Florida today and I saw something that looked just like an African tigerfish. It had the same sort of mouth and I'm pretty positive it was a Characin. The only thing is, ATFs are illegal in Florida...so what was it?

My boss took a glance and said "oh yeah that's from South America", but he couldn't remember the name.

Do you have a picture of this fish looking similar to an ATF? It would be nice to see, then we could help identify it, too.

Must have been an odoe, but I thought the mouth was stubbier. Oh well, I wish I did have a pic so I could compare them. I'm just going to assume it was an odoe.
