What fish do you say for me?

Im going to pick this tank up tonight and need some pointers on a good cichlid for my daughter. I need something that can live here for life and just one fish. She wants something with colors and that swims a lot (in my words like an Oscar). Any ideas?

Convicts would make a great beginner cichlid for your daughter. Active as can be, and nice colors as well.

1 JD will give you alot of color. You may want something a little easier though?

Maybe a EBJD, sweet colors on them, and don't get huge...

EBJD's seem to be a bit fragile.

I suggest A JD, or maybe a pair of firemouths.

Thanks guy. I have my eye set on the GOLD SAUM GREEN TERROR. If it gets to big I'll throw it in my 150gl.
Anyone know where I can get a male juvi in SoCal?
