What fish for what tank.

I have a 5 gallon fish tank. Currently houses a few small crayfish I feed to my catfish (stonecat)

I have a empty 20 gallon tank

I have a 55 gallon tank with my stonecats. Some shiners and a few goldfish.

So my question is what should I do with each tank. I am in the process of building a 275 gallon tank I'd like to put my stonecats in and maybe a small channel cat. I really like native tanks as I think they are by far the coolest. So what are good plants/fish/substrate decorations for each.

If the 20 is a 20 long I would suggest Darter 's with small powerhead assortment of stones on sand or gravel.
