What fish has the best personality?

Hi, in your opinion what fish has the best personality and actually acts like an actual pet, I know dolphin fish have brilliant personality's and if you put a ping pong ball in the tank they'll play with it, dolphins get a little too big though.
Can anyone top the dolphin fish?

Probably something like a midas or an oscar.
What do you mean by dolphin fish? The mammal dolphin, or mahi-mahi, or cytocara moori?
 
I personally say puffers, although fire eels can also be a wet pet if its housed with peaceful fish...

I used to have two green spotted puffers in a marine 30 gal, but they wouldn't grow and stayed 2 inches for ages, when I added new tank mates they always killed them so I gave em away and started a freshwater tank :) I loved them though and they did have an amazing personality, I might sell my current fish and get a single puffer, are there any freshwater puffers that can live in a 30 gal :)

id say a large mouth bass, a puffer, or mangrover snapper would have the best personality. I have a baby lmb and it tries to follow me around when i walk past the tank. Not to mention that you can teach it simple but cool tricks.

puffer meaning the big ones such as the mbus and the fuhakas. nice personalities.
