What fish is this? Need id.

Can anyone id this little guy?
It came with a bunch of feeders.. it doesn't look like the average feeder fish..
(I've had jaguar fish that came with feeders as well)

Looks like a Mayan, or false Festae, or false Red Terror.

What color is it?

It's hard to describe the colour.. brownish/greyish tone? the tail has a little red in it though.. there's also 2~3 tiny pearls at the tip of its anal & dorsal fin..

I Google'd up mayan cichlid & saw a few fries that looks exactly like mine..

what do you mean he came with a bunch of feeders? did you order the feeders from somewhere or at the lfs they gave him to you

I think he means his LFS had this fish in with the feeders, and when he bought feeders he noticed this one wasn't a feeder and kept it.
