i think thats an old trimac (Amphilophus trimaculatus) !

this fhis is not old i think it is Cichlasoma trimaculatum.

flower horn not a very pretty one but a flower horn notice the blood red eyes and pinkish red tint behind the gills and front fins also doesnt have a very big noctal hump
i had one for a while in a 55 gallon tank it didnt seem happy so i gave her to a friend who has a 230 gallon tank and she is beautiful and has grown a large hump
so yes i agree with u it is a Cichlasoma trimaculatum

It is a flower horn. NOT A. TRIMACULATUM! It is a hybrid and there is no scientific name . the only other guess would be a trimac but those are not common anymore, way too many are sold as trimacs though.
