i have 10inch silver shark cat, a 7 inch golden sevrum, 4 inch blood parrot, a 10 inch tiger stripe shovel nose catfish, and a 5 inch black snake head. in a 80 gallon tank, what should i get next ?

Nothing, the tiger shovel nose will out grow that tank.. and actually i would think he has if he is 10inches. I believe that snake head are aggressive so as it gets bigger it will get mean. If anything get a much bigger tank soon.

A Larger tank.

It is overstocked and needs upgraded, mainly because of the Shovelnose.

Also the Silver Shark Cat as you call it, if it's a Columbian Shark (See image) it needs to be in a Brackish Tank. Which means a separate tank for it, they are not freshwater fish despite being sold as such.

Yes, next up is a tank big enough for the fish you already have. Actually, two tanks. The Colombian shark goes marine.

polish is correct. I believe they are a fresh water fish that as it gets older is more brackish water. And the tank for the shovel nose has to be deep cause they need room to turn around. Height is not as important.
