What fish should i put in my aquarium?

i have a 125 gallon and i am wanting to put some new fish in it. the stock in the tank right now is 2 synspilum cichlids,1 jack dempsey, 1 tiger botia, and 4 SMALL jaguar cichlids. once the jaguars get bigger then i will probably leave only 1 in the 125. the biggest of the current stock is a 5" synspilum everything else is smaller.
what should i put in my tank? i want something cool and different.
any ideas?

I would remove a synspilum and go with something different like a paratilapia..not a big fan off having non-paired fish of the same species together
