Is this fish rating their conditions? Elaborate for the "best and brightest". I'm not familiar with this TV game.
The question was something like "if a goldfish could talk, what would he complain about?"

I think they survey a number of people, and the most common answers give the most points.

Haha you've never seen family feud?
They come up with silly questions, survey 100 people and use four or eight of the top answers given. The numbers next to the answers are the amount of people that said that. So 32 people said "dirty water" or something close enough.
