Convicts. But not for life.

in a 10 gal tank?

mabye zebra danios? I breed those and I can tell you how to do it and get 100 + fry... let me know if you have interest but you will need an additional 5 or 10 gal if you want to be able to grow them out bc the parents will eat the fry they start out very small like tadpoles...

lol mk tell me how :D

oh and is there any african cichlids that are easy to pair and breed in a 10 gal?

ooo and how do you pair fish offf?

Do egyptian mouthbrooders. Great parents small enough for a 10 gallon. 1 male with 3 or 4 females really easy. Will take most water parameters (avoid extremes). Can't recall scientific name google it. They are a blast and don't really get enough credit. Don't breed anything to common in your area most lfs won't take them for credit. I would only do 2 or 3 females in a ten gallon. Of course allways better to go bigger. Do your research on whatever you decide to try breeding.

a 10 gallon tank is good for the frys but for the parent fishes i dont think it will be good for them. well if you get convicts i guess its fine. once u get the hang of it you can upgrade to flowerhorns or whatever u want. if u want convicts make sure u get a male and female. lol

I've bred egyptian mouthbrooders in a ten with no problem. There are also a lot of dwarf cichlids from South America that can breed in a ten but they are not easy for a beginner. You will have to get another tank to raise the fry, but its possible to "breed" the fish in a ten. Once again do your research and remember bigger is always better.

yeah i dont have money to buy a bigger tank. lol i just have an extra 10 laying around...
are there other names for egyptian mouthbrooders. lol ive never herd of em. what about german rams? are they easy to breed?
