African predatory haps like boccuchromis and tyrannochromis cichlids.

I want more colorful fish in there. Although the oscars love me. Lol but idk I want to keep the catfish I have but some of the others. . .

African haps or Mbunas... Lots of color action but not as personable as oscars...

Rainbows and clown loaches...

Discus...expensive and rather delicate and IMO a tad boring.

No offense to the OP, but suggesting Discus is a bad idea.

The criteria was colorful...Discus are great fish; except for the caveat I noted.

Of course all three of these choices won't work with oscars...so it would be a start over

I want to start over to an extent. I want to keep my cats for sure. But the hubby says keep it the way it is. Let me start the 5 year talk and see where I get. And ecoli I agree I Thu.k discus are boring too saw them in the store yesterday wasn't impressed.
