Tetras are a small "starter" fish........I am asumming the tank is between 20-55 gallons.........A tank filled with plants: --->Cardnal Tetras fo their stronger colors, as compared to Neon Tetras........ --->Bumble Bee, or Pygmy Puffers for their "cuteness" and small size......
